Welcome from our principal
Heaton Public School – Only the Best
Heaton Public School is a vibrant, inclusive, and supportive community where every child is encouraged to dream big and achieve their personal best. With a team of passionate teachers, specialist staff, and dedicated support officers, we provide tailored learning opportunities that nurture, challenge, and extend all students.
Beyond the classroom, our students thrive through sport, music, art, debating, public speaking, and cultural celebrations, building confidence and lifelong skills. Representing over 30 nationalities, our school community is proud of its rich diversity and strong commitment to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture.
At Heaton, we believe every child deserves the very best – and we work together to make it happen.
